Movement & Awareness week at Findhorn - The Parc
This week aims at transforming our awareness of dancing and movement. We will connect the known with the unknown, moving out of restrictions and inviting nature to co create our experience. The sheltered settlement of the Findhorn Eco Village, surrounded by stunning nature is a uniquely supportive place for personal development. During this week, circle dancing in the Universal Hall will be complemented by Meditation in Movement in different outdoor settings; time for inner reflection will inspire group sharings and, in the early morning hours, there will be the possibility to start the day with Silent Meditation and Healing Yoga. The different aspects of this week may bring forth an openness to foster the change we long to see in our lives.

Travel : How to get to the Findhorn Foundation ?
Our nearest town is Forres. Forres has good rail links to Inverness and bus connections to The Park. On the High Street in Forres you can find banks (cash dispensers taking most cards) and a reasonable selection of shops, restaurants and pharmacies.
Our nearest airports are Inverness and Aberdeen
Both are international airports with good links on major carriers as well as domestic flight operators such as EasyJet and Loganair. From the airport of Inverness you can travel by Taxi or bus to the Findhorn Community – The Parc.
